The Barn is a renovated Hay Barn from the 1960’s. Our family has owned this property in South Eugene for many years. The Barn sits on a Panhandle lot that is a little under 1 acre and is approached by a long driveway which gives you a nice quiet retreat.

The Barn was perfect for my stay in Eugene over the Holidays. I loved the open concept, and everything was so easy to find, not to mention spotless! The location is great, just a couple minutes drive from grocery stores and restaurants and was a convenient distance from the university. The Barn itself was so quiet and peaceful, and made for a wonderful escape from all the holiday craziness. Five stars, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Eugene.

What a wonderful private location right in town!

They have upgraded this cottage/barn with top-of-the-line furnishings and appliances. Even new washer and dryer included! Great bed linens, soft pillows and cozy throws perfect for a short nap on the couch or on the comfy bed! Unique interior and a wonderful setting under old oak trees with lots of resident squirrels. 

Outdoor courtyard with propane grill, nice firepit and lots of privacy and outdoor lights providing a great atmosphere.

Very very peaceful setting…very nicely done. Thank you for a lovely stay!
